This policy explains how Trade Lead Gen handles information collected through tradeleadgen.com and inquiries sent to tradeleadgen@gmail.com. Our website introduces services for home service businesses in the United States. This policy covers website inquiries; it does not describe data handling for a separate client service or agreement.
Information collected
Our growth review form asks for your name, phone number, business name, and biggest business priority. If you contact us by email or otherwise follow up, we also receive your email address and the information you choose to share. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.
Our hosting and form providers may process technical information, such as IP address, browser information, request time, and referring page, to deliver the website and form, diagnose problems, and prevent abuse.
How information is used
We use inquiry information to respond to your request, contact you about your business and our services, prepare a growth review, and manage the resulting conversation. Technical information supports website operation, troubleshooting, and spam prevention. Submitting the form requests a response to your inquiry; it does not enroll you in an automated text-message campaign.
Providers and disclosure
We use Google Firebase Hosting to serve this website, Web3Forms to process form submissions, and Gmail to receive and manage inquiry emails. These providers process information needed to perform those functions. Web3Forms also uses infrastructure and spam-prevention providers. See Web3Forms’ Privacy Policy and Google’s Privacy Policy for their practices. Providers may process information in countries other than your own.
This website does not include a mechanism to sell inquiry information or share it for targeted advertising. Information may also be disclosed when legally required, to address fraud or security concerns, or at your direction.
Cookies and analytics
The current website does not include advertising pixels or an analytics tracking script, and its own code does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Hosting and form providers may use technical logs or security technologies when operating their services. Your browser settings let you manage cookies and other stored website data.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage our business relationship, and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. You may ask us to delete it. Copies handled by providers follow their retention policies and account settings; Web3Forms states that submissions may be retained for up to three years unless a shorter period applies or they are deleted earlier.
The website and form endpoint use HTTPS to protect data in transit. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
Providing information is voluntary, although required form fields are needed to submit an inquiry. You can email us instead. Contact tradeleadgen@gmail.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your inquiry information, or to ask us to stop contacting you. We may need to verify that a request relates to your information. Available privacy rights and any exceptions depend on applicable law.
Children
This website is intended for business owners and representatives and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can address it.
